TechnipFMC has launched a strategic & ambitious program aiming at developing new digital services to our clients for Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Job description
This position is responsible to shape and build the UI/UX that provides the best design for our products and services. Your main responsibilities: Take ownership and initiative to align teams and create outstanding experience for users - internal and external Work closely with Product owner, business and data analyst as well as the development team Interact with users to create a solid understanding of pain points and needs to create value-driven services and solutions Balance multiple projects at different stages and bring unique perspective to each Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex business processes Iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs Prototype solutions, and iterate on them based on user feedback Create processes that are efficient at discovering customer needs and product design options Deliver input and provide guidance for developers of web front end through documentation in customer journeys or similar Reporting line: Hierarchically and operationally: reports to IDS Program Director.

You are meant for this job if you’ve:
2+ years of experience with full software development life cycle with an agile mindset Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and demonstrable fluency with design tools including the ability to rapidly prototype designs Consistent attention to detail in deliverables, and confidence in your ability to present them to clients and clearly articulate your design decisions Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English Nice to have: Energy industry experience Your future at TechnipFMC Potential career path, if possible Global mobility opportunities if relevant Training and development Diverse and international team if relevant Learn more about TechnipFMC
