WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
As the Regional Pricing & Business Analyst, you are responsible for providing fact based recommendations to the business leaders with the objective to drive sustainable & profitable growth. You are an expert in the Commercial ecosystem, gathering intelligence on the market trends, the competition, the fields of play, the consumer insights, the latest technologies and the general macroeconomic trends. Working closely with the rest of the business, especially the commercial and product teams, you will organize & articulate the intelligence into actionable initiatives around Pricing, identifying and evaluating market opportunities that convert into incremental sales and profitability improvement.
- Gain expertise in the commercial market, including trends including trends/insights, external market drivers, customer ecosystem.
- Gather intel on the market. Create and own the process to capture intelligence within and outside the company.
- Qualify & quantify opportunities. Recommend where to play to win based on facts.
- Utilize efficiency and predictive tools to provide fact-based recommendations for business success.
- Ensure that each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all external and internal stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze information to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor our external environment (e.g., market conditions, competitive pressures, regulatory landscape) and derive implications for the business.
- Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Run ad hoc projects that are often data-intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions.
- Analyze customer purchasing trends to provide internal guidance on product pricing and margin initiatives.
- Prepare pro-actively the annual RFP/tender of your commercial region., by partnering with functional leaders across multiple departments Dales, Operations, Strategy, Product owner, etc.
- Drive efficiently the Price realisation of the Brand negotiated deal through a strong partnership with our internal regional stakeholder.
- In addition to regional activity, you will BE responsible for 1 or 2 global pricing projects per year (like our Profitability Improvement Plan follow up, our Global ASP trend definition, and monthly analysis, etc.).

Experience :
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience at analyzing complex data.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, and has an entrepreneurial spirit that is able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to understand and create value; demonstrated track record developing and executing new business ventures.
- Strong influencing skills, public speaking skills, and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3 years related business experience, emphasizing sales, business development and marketing desired.
- Demonstrated success in cross-regional projects or initiatives.
- Advanced business and financial acumen needed.
- Experience in planning and forecasting, with practical experience in researching new opportunities and implementing successful account penetration.
- Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite tools and function specific software.
- Excellent English : oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Apparel & Footwear industry relationships preferred.
- You are based whether in the Netherlands, France or UK.
