About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Marketing Specialistto develop and execute global add-on, upsell, expansion campaigns that build pipeline for Customer Success managers. This role partners closely with the Customer Success team to provide lead routing flows and enable CSMs with collateral and plays to close opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Execute multi-channel customer growth campaigns across our core NA, APAC, and EMEA regions and ensuring the reporting of customer marketing campaigns impact to key stakeholders across customer success and marketing
Project manage and deliver customer expansion campaign activities, include submitting creative/copy briefs, QA’ing creative/copy, partnering with global campaigns team and marketing operations to define the audience strategy for email sends, defining non-email plan and timelines (e.g. in-app engagements, paid social), coordinating CSM following up, and tracking performance. Campaigns may include: Global campaigns, content, and product launches to customers
There is the expectation of close partnership across stakeholders in Customer Success, Global Campaigns, Content, Regional Marketing, Digital/Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing
Align with Regional Marketing & Performance Marketing on customer data and funnel insights
Gather learning, best practices, and insights through the above activities and share recommendations/optimizations for marketing plan and activations
Work closely with Customer Success Programs Manager and Customer Success Leaders to continue to optimize customer activities based on performance data and anecdotal feedback from regional stakeholders
Experience developing global campaigns that are localized and delivered across multiple languages is preferred
What you’ll bring:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS required
Effective communication, project management, and stakeholder management
Ability to analyze, get insights from data, and report on campaign effectiveness
Ability to self-manage and proactively identify/solve problems
Some technical expertise about database and segmentation planning
Experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation tactics and technology
Working knowledge of our specific tech stack of Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight PX, and Totango or a strong track record leveraging these types of tools to create successful, multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns
Experience working closely with product marketing, campaigns, and customer success teams in building, launching, and reporting on customer campaigns across multiple marketing channels, supporting upsell, expansion, and renewal targets
Core demand generation tactics such as email marketing, running webinars, paid social, etc. #LI-MC1
